APAC has released an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a part-time contracted APAC ICT Project Manager. The Project Manager would assist in the coordination and management of a review and development of APAC’s information and communication technology (ICT) systems. Responses are to be sent to the APAC Secretariat, secretariat@apac-accreditation.org, no later than 20 June 2025, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
This would be a part-time role with an expected effort estimation of 0.5 of an effective full time equivalent (i.e. an average of 2.5 days per week). The initial contract would be for a one year period, and may be extended at the discretion of the APAC Executive Committee.
Further details about the role are included in the position description. The specific competencies being sought for this position are:
The successful candidate for this role should be able to demonstrate knowledge of, and skills in, the following:
- information technology project management, including planning, budgeting, supervision and progress reporting;
- business process mapping and business analysis, including effort estimation;
- identification of data and information flows and responsibilities, recording and reporting needs of end-users;
- end-user identification, consultation activities and effective meeting management;
- communication skills for engaging and explaining information technology concepts, tools, methods and applications in a way that can be perceived and considered by end-users; and
- IAF and ILAC requirements for regional coordination cooperations (e.g. IAF/ILAC A-series) and their application, and the APAC evaluation process at the level of Lead Evaluator experience.
Also attached is APAC’s professional services contract template that would be modified and used to contract any successful candidate.
The allocated budget for this contracted position is a fee of AUD 75,000 per annum, however this is negotiable.

All expression of interest shall provide:
(a) commentary on each of the above list items a) – f);
(b) a curriculum vitae/resume highlighting specific experience in the project management and leadership of ICT projects;
(c) a fixed price contractor fee to undertake this position; and
(d) a statement providing in-principle agreement with the APAC professional services contract template.
