This 3-day in-person APAC training course is kindly hosted by the Korea Accreditation Board (KAB). The training course is on the use of ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 Conformity assessment — Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems – Part 1: Requirements, ISO/IEC 17021-2:2016 Part 2: Competence requirements for auditing and certification of environmental management systems and ISO/IEC 17021-3:2017 Part 3: Competence requirements for auditing and certification of quality management systems, to accredit environmental management system (EMS) and quality management system (QMS) certification bodies. The course will review the new 2026 editions of ISO 14001 Environmental management systems — Requirements with guidance for use and ISO 9001 Quality management systems — Requirements and highlight any necessary changes to accreditation practices. The course will also cover relevant IAF mandatory documents.
Attendees are expected to be APAC Member personnel (assessors, managers, accreditation scheme developers) that are either undertaking this type of accreditation or are considering to do so in the future. Due to anticipated high registration interest in this course, at this time each APAC Member and Affiliate may register a maximum of one (1) person to attend. Further places may become available closer to the end of the registration period depending on number of registrants confirmed.

Attendees must upload evidence (e.g. letter, copy of email, etc.) that an APAC Member or Affiliate in their economy has approved their attendance at this APAC event.
