This in person training event will take place on 6-7 May 2024 in Islamabad, Pakistan, and is for personnel of APAC Members and APAC Evaluators. The event is kindly hosted by the Pakistan National Accreditation Council (PNAC).
The event will cover technical writing for policies, procedures and work instructions, and also include formulation of appropriate accreditation assessment and APAC evaluation findings, nonconformities, comments, opportunities for improvement, etc. Please note that immediately after this training event there will be a 3-day training course at the same venue on accreditation of product certification bodies (ISO/IEC 17065). For more information on that training course, including registration details, please follow this link.
The facilitators will provide insights on how these types of technical writing skills are used in accreditation body practice and participants will be encouraged to share their experiences and ask questions. Attendees are expected to be APAC Member personnel (assessors, managers, accreditation scheme developers) and APAC Evaluators. It is expected many of the attendees will already be familiar with undertaking accreditation assessments and establishing and maintaining accreditation body management systems.
Please register for this event by 12 April 2024 using the event registration website.
It is expected the attendees that undertake this training will share the knowledge gained and the training materials internally with other personnel in their accreditation body.
There is no event registration fee and a lunch will be provided free of charge on the days of the event. However, all travel, accommodation, other meals, per diems, visa fees, travel and health insurance costs, etc. must be paid directly by the attendees or by their accreditation bodies. APAC does not provide funding for attendees at this event. Please see the event registration website for further details.
